The Bulgarian innovative company "Casa Kakau" known for its production of real, natural chocolate using the technology "bean-to-bar" won a gold medal at the international exhibition "Interfood & drink" 2017, which took place from 8 to 11 November at Inter Expo Center - Sofia.
Today, the company offers a wide portfolio of vegan chocolate, for which only natural products, nuts and dried fruits are used.
Dairy products have never been used in the company's production. Casa kakau is the first Bulgarian company to offer 100% natural drinking chocolate, made only from cocoa beans and unrefined cane sugar. The latest product that the company presents in early 2017 is new, even for Europe. This is tea from cocoa beans with different flavors for hot beverage lovers.
All products are prepared with cocoa beans, which are imported directly from farms in Ecuador.
