These General Terms and Conditions regulate the rules for the use of the official website of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce - Union of Bulgarian Business (BSK) -  www.bia-bg.com and of the "Foreign Economic Cooperation" Center at the BSK -  www.ierc.bia-bg.com   (hereinafter referred to as the "Site" and/or "Website") for brevity.

The site is owned by the "Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce - Union of Bulgarian Business" association, with headquarters and management address in the city of Sofia, p.k. 1301, Alabin St. No. 16-20, EIK 831391124, phone: + 359 2 932 09 11, e-mail:  office@bia-bg.com .

BSK maintains this website in order to present and promote to the public and institutions information about its activities and initiatives. These general conditions have a binding effect in the relations between the visitors/users of the Site and BSK.

By accessing (loading the) website, visitors/users agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes to them, and undertake to comply with them.

Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully and if you do not agree with them, do not use the Site.

Registration

You can browse this site freely without the need for prior registration and the provision of any personal data.

BSK issues various thematic bulletins supporting business activities. Access to them is free, but subscription requires registration. Registration is done by filling out an electronic registration form, available in real time (on-line) on the page  https://www.bia-bg.com/profile/add .

If an invalid email address is entered, the system automatically refuses registration due to the impossibility of activating the account of the respective user.

BSK reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, for editorial or technical reasons, the provision of specific services available through the Site, notifying the user of this with a message on the relevant internet pages and/or in his user profile.

Intellectual Property

When using the Site, visitors/users have access to various content and resources (including the design of the Site) that are subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights of BSK.

Visitors and users have the right to use the resources available through the Site only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Anyone may reproduce and quote information from the Site, provided the source is acknowledged.

The copying of content and the use of materials from the Site outside of the specified meaning, for the feeding of databases, publication, reproduction, any form of commercial use, as well as forwarding to third parties without the knowledge and consent of BSK, is prohibited.

BSK is not responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of internet pages, resources or services to which electronic links, advertising banners and other advertising forms for goods and services published on the BSK Site lead.

Users are responsible for the legality of the User Content they post or make available through the use of the Site, as well as for their actions in posting it and for the consequences of such posting.
